In the past ten years, Kira has personally coached over 4,000 financial professionals from front-line to VP. The lion’s share of her coaching has been with professionals in the Retail banking, Wealth Management, Investment and Insurance lines of business. Kira has deep knowledge in particular of sales and retention, client experience and internal coaching practices.
